We are seeking dedicated and passionate Nurse Practitioners to join our team in certifying patients for the Kentucky Medical Cannabis Program.

Job DetailsJob Type: Contract
Salary Package: $80.00 - $120.00 (US Dollar) per evaluation
We seek professionals who can support patients in incorporating medical marijuana into their treatment plans through:
- Patient Advocacy: Assist patients in developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate medical marijuana as an alternative option.
- Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments of patients for the medical cannabis program, ensuring accurate and effective recommendations.
- Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise and up-to-date notes and medical records using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- Licensing: A valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license to practice in Kentucky.
- Certification: DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) and Controlled Substance License.
- Certification: Medical Cannabis evaluations approval through the KY Board of Nursing.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using technology, specifically our in-house EMR system (training will be provided).
