Utility Construction Superintendent

Join American States Utility Services, a leading provider of water and wastewater services to military installations across the United States, as a Utility Construction Superintendent. In this key role, you will oversee the construction of water and wastewater systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Supervise construction crews, including foremen, operators, and workers, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and material providers to meet project requirements.
- Develop and implement work plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the Construction Program Leader to achieve project goals and objectives.
- 8+ years of experience in water and wastewater system construction, with at least 4 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of utility plans and specifications, as well as proficiency in operating and instructing others on heavy machinery.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to quality service and a strong focus on safety.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and lift up to 50lbs.
- Competitive salary range: $70,576 - $120,093.
