Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager/Superintendent to oversee projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region and New England. The ideal candidate will have at least ten (10) years of construction experience and ten (10) years of experience managing utility construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage civil, utility, and state projects with vast experience.
  • Perform QA-QC audits with extensive knowledge.
  • Ensure a safety-focused work environment.
  • Expertise in underground and foundation construction.
  • Organize and communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Supervise crews to ensure high-quality workmanship and a healthy team environment.
  • Engage customers and associated contractors while negotiating the best terms.
  • Comply with and meet Company attendance schedule.
  • Prioritize safety and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license (CDL-A preferred).
  • Ability to interpret blueprints.
  • Ability to work long hours during busy times.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft, email, form applications, etc.
