Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete restaurant operations, including training service personnel and maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Set up dining tables, clear and reset them according to company standards.
- Manage and facilitate the flow of the restaurant during busy dining periods.
- Schedule staff in accordance with operational guidelines.
- Ensure all server tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years in full-service dining.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience working with seniors is advantageous.
