The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Navy SSBN or SSN programs and be able to develop detailed analytic products, distill complex briefings, and craft decision support tools. This role will involve working closely with senior client leadership to provide trusted advice and support. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting submarine, undersea, or relevant related defense programs. A current DoD security clearance is also required. Additional qualifications include experience with data analysis, visualization, and planning activities in Microsoft Excel, as well as knowledge of Navy requirements and program office organizations and processes. The Program Analyst will be responsible for providing analysis and management support to undersea platform acquisition activities, focusing on submarine construction, force structure planning, advanced technology development, and critical supply chain development. The analyst will apply a familiarity with Navy SSBN or SSN programs to serve as a trusted asset and advisor to senior client leadership, developing detailed analytic products, distilling and crafting complex briefings and decision support tools, and coordinating analytic efforts across critical stakeholder organizations. This position is located in Alexandria, Virginia, with potential for light telework and travel to client site offices on the Washington Navy Yard.
