Position Overview

As a Bartender at Landry's, you will play a crucial role in crafting memorable experiences for our patrons through exceptional service and expertly prepared beverages. Your ability to connect with guests and anticipate their needs will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver consistently positive, courteous, and professional service to all guests, visitors, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Identify guest preferences and recommend beverages that enhance their dining experience while contributing to sales objectives.
  • Exhibit mastery of bar operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient shift through proper preparation and organization.
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels of all bar supplies, including garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, and barware.
  • Accurately manage cash transactions and adhere to cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in bartending.
  • Proven track record of providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Availability for various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
