POSITION SUMMARY:

The Beverage Server is responsible for efficiently managing cash and credit transactions at the Point of Sale system while delivering prompt and courteous cocktail service. This role also entails crafting cocktails in accordance with company standards and representing Bally's Corporation as a Company Ambassador during designated events.

  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately at the Point of Sale system.
  • Deliver cocktail service with a friendly demeanor and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare cocktails following established company guidelines.
  • Take orders, garnish drinks, and serve them on a tray.
  • Act as a Company Ambassador during special events as directed by management.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements.
  • Clear and maintain cleanliness of tables, glasses, and ashtrays.
  • Ensure bar areas and service stations are kept clean and organized.
  • Enhance guest experiences by adhering to the values of Bally's Corporation.

SUPERVISORY ROLE: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to six months of relevant experience in a similar environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
  • Familiarity with company policies and procedures.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in English is essential, including the ability to read and comprehend instructions and basic correspondence.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with relevant experience in a comparable setting.

CERTIFICATIONS: Must be registered as a gaming employee in the State of Nevada.

MATH SKILLS: Capability to perform basic mathematical functions and handle American currency.

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems is necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This role necessitates standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 15 lbs, sitting, bending, and engaging in other physical activities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The position may involve working in a lively indoor atmosphere.
