Host and Seater

Welcome guests to our restaurant with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Greet guests promptly and seat them in a timely manner.
• Describe and answer questions about the menu, cocktail list, and hours of operation.
• Arrange for prompt seating of guests, quoting accurate waiting times and seating guests when tables are available.
• Identify casino comps, hotel, and VIP guests for seating and inform the manager of VIP guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of menus and familiarize yourself with the hotel/casino to provide accurate directions to guests.
• Prepare multiple reports and respond to telephone calls.
• Communicate with servers regarding guests' preferences or special needs.

• High school graduate preferred.
• Previous experience as a host or in a reservation system preferred.

• Literacy and fluency in English.
• Above-average communication and interactive skills.
• Legible handwriting.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations.
