  • Hit or exceed quota, by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Maintain a hunter mentality, to continually generate leads through in-depth research, networking, and conferences, and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Be an expert in the industries that you're selling into, to introduce PerformLine as a solution to their marketing compliance needs, and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline, even as deals are closing, to ensure future deal consistency and long-term stability, and drive revenue growth.
  • Work across departments, to not only acquire new business, but ensure a smooth transition to client success, and drive revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience in an enterprise B2B environment, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Entrepreneurial experience, with the ability to think big, and push through challenges, to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Strong interpersonal and written skills, that allow for effective communication both internally and with prospects, to drive sales performance and exceed targets.
  • Organizational skills, to manage your time, and meet and exceed your KPI's, to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding goals, with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
