Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team at Hearst Connecticut Media Group. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing a sales pipeline and maintaining ongoing business relationships with key advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and maintain relationships with local and regional businesses to showcase the value of our suite of advertising products.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets by applying modern sales techniques and processes to efficiently manage sales opportunities through your funnel to a successful close.
  • Become a valuable asset in the local business community by boosting your clients' businesses through multiple channels.

Requirements:

  • Results-oriented individual with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Prior experience with or knowledge of online & digital marketing is a huge plus.
  • Demonstrated success in internal and external relationship management.
