• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or French is advantageous.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities and business acumen.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to foster strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Experience in market analysis, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Significant background in logistics and supply chain management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in CRM software and other business management tools.
