Private Client Relationship Manager, New Haven, CT

Citizens is seeking a Private Client Relationship Manager to join our team in New Haven, CT. As a key member of our Private Client Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our affluent and high-net-worth clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire and retain new-to-wealth relationships through proactive outreach and engagement.
- Conduct thorough discovery to understand client goals, objectives, and financial situations, and develop personalized financial plans.
- Collaborate with Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to create and analyze client financial plans and strategize on how to present Citizens' solutions.
- Provide regular, value-added engagement with clients, including face-to-face or virtual meetings, consistent communication, and access to financial education materials.
- Leverage Salesforce CRM tool to document client interactions and build an activity-based business development plan.
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- SIE, Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
- Demonstrated success in a client-centric, proactive sales environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements.
