- 7+ years of engineering leadership, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products, hiring, and leading leaders.
- Experience building products and teams from the ground up.
- Ability to define and effectively communicate technical vision, inspire the organization around a shared vision for success.
- Experience building cultures of operational excellence and successfully scaling organizations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on careful listening.
- Previous exposure to making business-level tradeoffs, balancing customer and business needs.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to define and track key business and usage success metrics.
- Passion to understand customer needs and solve their problems rather than focusing solely on technology.
