Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding guest care experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively present and sell to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales and service goals, and contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • One year of sales experience needed.
  • Preferred one year of related experience in the automotive service environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, able to accurately write sales work orders and effectively explain services to guests.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
