About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Warehouse Specialist to join our team at QuVa Pharma. This is a full-time role that offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement program with company match.

As a Pharmaceutical Warehouse Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include receiving, preparing, packaging, and managing inventory of pharmaceutical products, utilizing carrier shipping systems, maintaining shipping records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established inventory re-order levels and restock shelves, ensuring inventory is correctly labeled
  • Verify bill of lading and packing slips, transact, and reconcile activity ensuring timeliness and accuracy following established departmental procedures and best practices
  • Pull from inventory items necessary to restock, check for and pull opened, damaged, expired, and/or excess inventory, and replace unusable, damaged packaging, labels, etc.
  • Participate in taking physical inventories and/or cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory control
  • Maintain technical competencies of Inventory Management system as software is upgraded or new systems are installed to replace existing system
  • Provide shipment statuses, support inventory transfers, and expedites requests

Requirements:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
  • Able and willing to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. throughout each shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • 18+ years of age
  • 3-4 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping, receiving, logistics, material handling, customer service, inventory control, or other comparable service line
  • Requires the use of Supply Chain technology solutions, such as bar code scanners and automated supply cabinets

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
