Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Associate at Benson's Pet Center. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Sales Floor Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves and ensuring products are properly labeled.
- Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle returns accurately and efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals, upholding Benson's Pet Center's standards for honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Pet Passion: A genuine passion for pets and a desire to provide top-notch customer service.
- Availability: Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
