Job Overview

Based in a dynamic environment, this role is tasked with delivering senior-level guidance and support to a dedicated team within the Procurement and Support Services (PSS) Divisions. These divisions cater to various non-IT business sectors, including Human Resources and Corporate Functions. You will share responsibility for business outcomes by recognizing and executing strategies that enhance operational performance.

Your role will involve:

  • Assessing the impact of business decisions on external stakeholders and providing flexible solutions to complex challenges.
  • Acting as a champion for customer needs, effectively coordinating resources to meet objectives and desired results.
  • Gathering customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and delivering insights to PSS.
  • Leading a team focused on sourcing and contracting activities for specific internal divisions.
  • Formulating sourcing strategies and guiding the selection of suppliers, including negotiating favorable business terms.
  • Enhancing contract language and refining the sourcing and contracting process.
  • Fostering the development of team members, ensuring their skills align with the goals of PSS.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of relevant strategic sourcing or contracting experience in a complex environment, or 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing client relationships.
  • Strong presentation, project management, and leadership capabilities.
  • Expertise in negotiation, with advanced skills in structuring advantageous contracts and minimizing risks.
  • Experience in supply chain integration.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and make enterprise-level business decisions.
  • Critical thinking skills, high learning agility, and the ability to drive towards desired outcomes.
  • Strong financial acumen and business insight.
  • Collaboration with business leaders to develop project-specific strategies that address challenges and positively impact business objectives.
  • Understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable sourcing opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of successful management experience with procurement professionals, demonstrating supervisory skills in performance management, employee development, and motivation.
  • Experience in procuring professional services, overseeing the development of sourcing strategies, supplier research, bidding processes, and negotiations to maximize value.
  • Strong collaborative skills, coordinating with PSS resources, Legal, Tax, Risk Management, Information Security, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Establishing and ensuring adherence to standardized processes in sourcing and contracting across all PSS teams is essential. You will also coordinate and conduct necessary training within PSS and establish controls to ensure compliance and prevent fraud.

We offer a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.

Base Pay Range: $97,000 - $176,300.00
