**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assemble linear strip lights, wire leads, and harnesses according to layout drawings and production orders.
  • Work with the Production Floor Manager to assemble various product orders as required.
  • Assist the shipping department with packing and labeling products and boxes as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tool storage.
  • Collaborate with the QC Manager to identify and resolve any assembly difficulties related to inventory components, processes, or production tools and methods.

**Requirements**

  • Must have soldering experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of light hand tools, saws, and drills.
