We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
