Position Overview:
The Office of Physician Recruitment is seeking a talented Provider Recruiter to join our Advanced Practice Recruitment team. This team is focused on attracting Physician Assistants and Advanced Practice Nurses for our facilities.
The primary emphasis will be on advanced practice recruitment, with the potential to engage in physician recruitment as well. We embrace a hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of remote work and on-site presence at our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and secure CVs of physician candidates, facilitating initial telephone interviews.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of CVs and assist in creating promotional materials.
- Establish connections with companies that can provide targeted mailing lists.
- Develop ongoing strategies for engaging with physician residency and fellowship programs.
- Coordinate and participate in candidate site visits.
- Follow up with candidates post-visit to gauge their interest level.
- Manage a database of physician contacts and maintain recruitment logs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, a science-related field, or a similar discipline.
- Valid driver's license.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant recruitment experience; 5 additional years of experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Residence in the local area.
- Prior experience in high-touch recruitment environments.
Desired Skills:
- Proactive, accountable, self-motivated, and organized.
- Strong communication skills.
