Job Summary

Curana Health is a leading provider of value-based primary care services for the senior living industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team and drive growth in key markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of Curana Health's care models and their value proposition for senior housing communities
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and future partners in your market
Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the senior living industry
Collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders to develop and implement growth strategies

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred
2-5 years of experience working in the senior living industry with a strong understanding of operations in Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Life Plan Communities, or related businesses
Experience selling clinical services to senior living facilities or SNFs
Demonstrated relationships with senior housing operators in assigned territory
Ability and desire to travel to partner communities (~25% overnight travel)
