The Ideal Candidate
  • We are looking for a strong, professional communicator who can work in a team environment to provide exceptional service to customers in need of service on commercial and industrial HVAC, piping, plumbing, and controls systems.
Your Day-to-Day at Murphy Company
  1. You will extract and record critical information from client calls, analyze appropriate next steps for serving clients, and coordinate/assign proper technical resources to serve clients.
  2. You will document and follow-up with service technicians, external vendors, and clients to ensure proper completion of tasks. Effective use of our Service Management Platform (PENTA) and Smartsheet is vital.
  3. You will coordinate manpower for completion of scheduled maintenance, projects, and inter-company support.

Our ideal candidate should possess the following traits:

  • Excellent professionalism and attention to detail.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Self-starter: Must have the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
  • Technology skills: General comfort using technology and able to learn new tools quickly.
  • Critical thinking: Must have the ability to problem solve creatively and independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience using MS Outlook.
