Overview:
AHF Products is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to enhance our manufacturing operations. This role is pivotal in delivering technical expertise to our production facility, focusing on process enhancement, daily operational support, and project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Process Engineer, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing proactive engineering support to optimize production processes and systems.
  • Leading initiatives for new product development in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and R&D.
  • Driving projects aimed at cost reduction and yield improvement.
  • Identifying and resolving performance issues impacting production lines.
  • Facilitating troubleshooting processes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Managing capital projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and performance metrics.
  • Educating operational staff on technical matters and process changes.
  • Coordinating training for new equipment and processes.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong skills in change management.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive and verifiable work history.
