Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, chat, and email.
  • Efficiently navigate multiple software systems to provide accurate order and product information.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding order updates and product information.
  • Assist customers with sizing inquiries and product recommendations.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to better serve customers.
  • Support retail operations by providing timely customer updates.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Meet established goals and objectives for customer service representatives.
  • Address customer feedback and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in an office or call center environment.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Shopify is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to de-escalate customer concerns.
  • Excellent active listening, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team; self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish-speaking) is an advantage.
  • Availability to work early morning and weekend shifts during peak times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $16 - $18 per hour
