KPMG is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Federal Advisory practice as a Manager. This role requires a deep understanding of human capital and organizational design principles to drive business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in talent development, performance, design, and analytics.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service, including stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, deliverable creation, and project management.
  • Develop and implement organizational design and assessment strategies to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership, internal and external tools, and training for workforce transformation efforts.
  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of relevant work experience in human capital, organizational design, and assessments.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
  • Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives, with a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in human capital.
  • Experience developing and implementing organization assessments and methodologies.
  • Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, and leading conversations and creating stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience mentoring or managing employees, including annual goal setting, performance reviews, and discussing career development opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel to support firm engagements as required.
  • U.S. Government Top Secret clearance required.
