KPMG is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Federal Advisory practice as a Manager. This role requires a deep understanding of human capital and organizational design principles to drive business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in talent development, performance, design, and analytics.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service, including stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, deliverable creation, and project management.
- Develop and implement organizational design and assessment strategies to drive business growth.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership, internal and external tools, and training for workforce transformation efforts.
- Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of relevant work experience in human capital, organizational design, and assessments.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
- Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives, with a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in human capital.
- Experience developing and implementing organization assessments and methodologies.
- Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, and leading conversations and creating stakeholder engagement.
- Experience mentoring or managing employees, including annual goal setting, performance reviews, and discussing career development opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to travel to support firm engagements as required.
- U.S. Government Top Secret clearance required.
