Job Overview

As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating patient check-ins and check-outs
  • Coordinating appointment schedules
  • Processing insurance claims and copayments
  • Welcoming patients with a friendly demeanor
  • Overseeing the waiting area
  • Handling inbound and outbound communications
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a medical front office setting.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM / Full-Time Position

Compensation:

Hourly wage ranging from $15 to $18, depending on experience.
