Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier and Host to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a Cashier and Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while greeting, serving, and assisting guests with their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
• Operate a point of sale (POS) system to process transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate food delivery
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly around the dining area
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
