About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Campus Cleaning and Maintenance Professional to join our team at ABM Industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students, faculty, and staff.
  • Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors to meet high standards of cleanliness.
  • Dust furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds to maintain a clean and organized appearance.
  • Empty wastebaskets and clean windows and restrooms to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned to support the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the campus.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
