Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18-24 months of experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of productivity and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with staff, management, and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
