  • Manage facility and fleet resources, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance with safety standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Develop work plans and delegate tasks effectively based on team members' strengths and capacities.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to create project proposals and cost estimates.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational and financial performance, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
  • Prepare comprehensive project status reports and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Analyze challenges and devise effective solutions to meet project objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Project Management or related fields.
  • 10-20 years of experience in managing industrial and environmental services.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP are advantageous.
  • Extensive experience with government contracts, particularly with the Department of Defense.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Experience managing teams of over 20 personnel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Experience in facility and fleet management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios and projects.
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to oversee budgets effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and government background check.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
