Job Summary

The NPI Engineer will play a key role in driving process improvements and new product introductions at Q-Cells. This individual will provide guidance and support to process technicians, develop and implement new products and materials, and lead projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Experience with process management and manufacturing
  • Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
