Speech-Language Pathologist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a full-time basis. As an SLP with Soliant, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate clients of all ages for speech, language, and communication disorders, providing comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver direct therapy to clients with diverse speech and language needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
  • Caseload: 35 students, grades K-12.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred; we welcome CFY candidates.
  • Proven experience in providing speech and language therapy, with a strong background in working with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
