In this role, you'll lead the store team in three key areas:

  • Pet Parent Engagement: You'll set the standards for customer engagement, ensuring every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores. You'll build relationships with customers and create a personalized shopping experience.
  • Associate Leadership: You'll help lead a team of retail and pet care associates who will ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents.
  • Overall Retail Initiatives: You'll work with the team to create an exceptional customer experience, from ensuring associates have extensive knowledge of pet solutions to building connections with pet parents.
