Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced On-Site Property Manager to join our team at Pan American Properties, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing apartment communities, ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and well-maintained property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and promote a positive community environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
  • Manage daily operations, including maintenance, repairs, and administrative tasks
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other documents
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and procedures
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents
  • Conduct regular property walks to identify and address safety concerns and maintenance issues
  • Oversee resident move-ins, move-outs, rent increases, and evictions
  • Monitor resident conduct and enforce lease agreements and community rules

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (higher education preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an On-Site Property Manager or highly relevant experience
  • Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with budget preparation and monthly reports
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant law and regulations, including Fair Housing Laws
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
