About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the financial performance of our flagship asset, a luxury residential community in Bethesda, Maryland.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff, ensuring all operations are within our standards of safety, high-quality customer service, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the financial performance of the asset, including rent collection and achieving budgeted NOI.
  • Lead a team of staff, providing guidance, mentoring, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure all operations are within our standards of safety, customer service, and efficiency.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in residential property management, with experience managing an asset with a minimum of 400 units. You should possess strong leadership and change management skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a bachelor's degree with strong financial management skills.
