The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, coordinating property operations, and supporting the Property Management team.

Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Coordinate property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
* Assist with leasing activities, including showing apartments and processing applications.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including rent collections and property condition.
* Collaborate with the Property Management team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements:

* 2-4 years of experience in property management or a related field.
* Associate's degree or equivalent required.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of property management software and systems.
