Clinical Director, National Center for Families and Children

As a key member of our leadership team, the Clinical Director, National Center for Families and Children will provide clinical direction to further build, maintain, and validate existing and new models of care within the National Center for Families and Children. This role will work closely with the VP, Mental Health and Family & Children Services, Director of Operations, Family and Children Services, and others to lead the development of a new model of care for families and children impacted by addiction.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain a clinical effectiveness hub for the organization, leading the collection and analysis of data, development of outcomes measures, and subsequent published works on findings.
- Work in close collaboration with operations leaders to ensure staff receives appropriate clinical supervision, training, and assures quality customer care for all customers receiving services.
- Monitor quality of services and ensure fidelity to clinical models.
- Build and strengthen relationships with external partners that can advance the organization's goals for the National Center for Families and Children and Mental Health.
- Develop and continuously improve enhanced Family and Children Services service line and model(s) of care.
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology or similar.
- Licensed Psychologist in the state currently practicing.
- Clinical program/model development, implementation, and operational experience.
- Experience leading the development and ongoing execution of measurement outcomes.
- Minimum three years of management experience and/or training.
- Minimum five years' experience in field(s) of mental health, addiction, family therapy or related areas.
