Optical Sales Professional

Job Summary:
The Sales Associate role at EssilorLuxottica is a dynamic position that requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding optical experience for our guests by bringing together their knowledge, experiences, and personality with the guests' needs and our high-quality fashion brands.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
- Product Knowledge: Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
- Customer Service: Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping our customers choose the perfect vision solution.
- Measurement and Consultation: Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
- Store Environment: Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Appearance and Organization: Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1+ years in retail or customer service.
- Skills: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
- Adaptability: Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
- Sales and Communication: Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
- Self-Motivation: Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and a self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
