Veterinary and Human Health Exhibition Coordinator

Exhibition Coordinator Opportunity:
Viticus Group is seeking an experienced Exhibition Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the exhibition aspects of our conferences and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with exhibitors and sponsors
- Manage exhibit contract agreements and ensure timely completion
- Oversee the fulfillment of exhibit logistics and ensure exhibitor satisfaction
- Research and identify potential exhibitors for each conference
Requirements:
- 3+ years of trade show or sales experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with outside vendors
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
