Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to provide primary care services to our patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to physicians, performing patient intake, collecting and recording patient information, and assisting with examinations and treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians in providing primary care to patients.
- Greet and check in/out patients.
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
- Perform administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, and data entry.
- Collect and record patient information such as medical history, vital signs, and test results.
- Assist with minor medical procedures such as drawing blood, EKG, Dip Stick, Finger Stick
- Provide patient education regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Bilingual Speaking (English/Spanish)
- PART TIME 9:00am-5:00pm
- 1:00pm-7:30pm
Requirements:
- Proficient in medical administrative support, patient care, and EHR systems
- Skilled in basic life support, patient service, and medical terminology
- Skilled in drawing blood
- Familiarity with inpatient, outpatient, and emergency medicine practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, with bilingual proficiency
Benefits:
This part-time position offers a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
