About the Job:

As a Production Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. This includes performing various tasks such as installing and feeding progressively smaller dies in machine and repeating operations until wire diameter meets work order specifications.

  • Safety and Efficiency: Perform various manufacturing duties in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Machine Operations: Installs and feeds progressively smaller dies in machine and repeats operations until wire diameter meets work order specifications.
  • Material Handling: Loads spool of wire on spindle and threads wire through machine and around take-up reel.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of all product being worked on and immediately notify a supervisor of any non-conformances.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A High school diploma/GED, preferred.
  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience, preferred.
  • BASIC operational ability for Windows-based PC.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with team members.
  • Able to perform under deadlines.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, at times, and overtime as needed.
