Here, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, while benefiting from our commitment to associate well-being.
As a Housekeeper, your primary responsibilities will include preparing villas for incoming guests and maintaining them throughout their stay. Your tasks will encompass responding to guest inquiries, ensuring cleaning carts are stocked with necessary supplies, and replenishing amenities. Your commitment to delivering exceptional service will be crucial in maintaining our high standards for room cleanliness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promptly address requests from guests and collaborate with other departments.
- Prepare cleaning carts with supplies and transport them to designated areas.
- Access guest rooms following established protocols to ensure safety and privacy.
- Restock guest amenities and supplies in accommodations.
- Replace soiled linens and towels with fresh items.
- Make beds and neatly arrange towels.
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms.
- Dispose of trash, used linens, and room service items appropriately.
- Verify that all appliances are present and functional in guest rooms.
- Organize desk items, furniture, and appliances for a tidy appearance.
- Dust, polish, and remove stains from walls and furnishings.
- Vacuum carpets in guest rooms and hallways.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and certifications; and store flammable materials properly.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance in uniform; safeguard confidential information.
- Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; and express gratitude to guests sincerely.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with others.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives.
- Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.
- Handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Exhibit a strong focus on customer service with a friendly demeanor.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Carry out other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
