Advanced Cardiac Care Professional

Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work at Norwalk Hospital in Connecticut. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and work with a talented multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to patients undergoing various Cardiology procedures.
- Support patient care through consults and collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives with the CHF Readmission Team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- At least one year of experience in Cardiology or Medicine.
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a state of Connecticut license, Controlled Substance Registration, and Federal DEA.
