Primary Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our primary care team in Norwalk, CT. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and perform various clinical tasks under the supervision of physicians and physician assistants. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicating effectively with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing patients for exams and procedures
* Obtaining medical histories and vital signs
* Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum of three years of experience in a primary care setting, with one year of supervisory experience preferred. You must also possess a valid RN license and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
