Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse
We are excited to offer a competitive $6,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nursing positions (40 hours a week), with the bonus disbursed in monthly installments over two years following a successful 90-day employment period. Part-time nurses are also eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
Available Shifts:
- Day Shift (7a-3p): 1 Full-time and 1 Part-time; per diem applications are welcome.
- Evening Shift (3p-11p): 1 Full-time and 1 Part-time; per diem applications are welcome.
- Night Shift (11p-7a): 1 Full-time; per diem and part-time applications are welcome.
Compensation: Rate range is dependent on years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care in line with established nursing standards and the prescribed care plan.
- Adhere to the care plan developed by the Nurse Manager.
- Administer medications and treatments as per the plan of care.
- Monitor patient conditions and report findings as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with provided directives.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active, unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts.
- Covid vaccination is required.
