Job Overview:
As a key member of our team, the IBHS Supervisor will play a critical role in providing Behavioral Consultation services and staff supervision for the IBHS Program. This position requires a strong background in behavior analysis, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Provide BC services for a minimum caseload of 12 consumers
• Supervise IBHS staff in accordance with regulatory standards
• Monitor agency compliance with regulations
• Complete FBAs for caseload and other consumers as needed
• Provide staff training
• Complete Performance Evaluations and Professional Development Plans for staff
• Maintain an understanding of agency policies and procedures
• Participate in Intensive Case Conference meetings and Crisis Consults
• Adhere to WES's Code of Ethics and comply with State Mental Health Code
• Participate in continuous quality assurance/program development
• Maintain consumer confidentiality

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must meet one of the following requirements:
• Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a Behavior Specialist
• Have a certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute
• Have a graduate degree in ABA from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or have an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services
• Have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults and a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services
• Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum and have a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, counseling, or a related field from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or have an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services
