Customer Support Associate

Crisis Prevention Institute is a leading provider of evidence-based de-escalation and crisis prevention training, as well as dementia care services. With over 40 years of experience, we have helped train millions of individuals in various industries, including education, healthcare, and more.
The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team as a Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our customers and Certified Instructors to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Process event registrations and product orders
- Enter and scan State Tax Exemption certificates
- Place outbound calls to satisfy customer service requests
- Generate leads and offers to register CIs in Non-Crisis Intervention (NCI) Renewal events
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months or more of work experience in customer service
- Compassionate and customer-focused individual
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competitive hourly rate ($18.00 - $20.00/Hour)
