Job Summary

As a Dishwasher at Hard Rock International, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards of our kitchens. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized dish room and work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils using machine and manual methods.
  • Empty trash bins and maintain a clean and sanitized dish area.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and Front-of-the-House staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Food safety certification program completion may be required in some U.S. states.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 100-pound containers, dish racks, and trashcans.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
