Job Summary

The Dishwasher position at Hard Rock International is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dish area. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized dish room and work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment using machine and manual methods.
  • Practice safety and sanitation standards at all times, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Empty trash bins and maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and Front-of-the-House staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Food safety certification program completion may be required in some U.S. states.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 100-pound containers, dish racks, and trashcans.
  • Ability to stand or move for up to 8+ hours.
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environments.
Additional Requirements
  • Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow all uniform guidelines.
  • Practice all general safety and sanitation standards.
  • Recycle products where possible.
