Requirements:
  • At least 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to communicate in Spanish (Speak & Read)
  • Valid state licensing (Unarmed Security License)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with report writing
  • Monitoring and surveillance experience
  • Two years of experience as a security officer

Available Positions:
  • Rover: Foot or vehicle patrols, responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts, or other criminal behavior, etc.
  • Front Desk: Acknowledge and greet all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, customer service, access control, greeting residents and guests with a courteous demeanor, monitor CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, distribute packages, etc.
